Next Outlast Sunday is Sunday, April 18, 2021!

Looking for community, encouragement, accountability, dope vibes and a great workout? This is it!


What can I expect?

  • Fun, energetic community

  • A 45-minute to an hour workout (mostly cardio and HIIT) with professional trainers

  • An encouraging and challenging talk at the completion of the workout

  • A feeling of accomplishment after you’ve finished the workout

  • An alternative to the traditional Sunday routine


What should I bring?

  • Your family and friends. Bring the whole SQUAD! Register everyone first though. Must be 7 years of age or older.

  • A water bottle (filled with whatever you like to drink during/after a workout)

  • A sweat towel (change of clothes if you’re a heavy sweater)

  • A snack (needed energy after an energetic workout)

  • Your energy and commitment to finish

What do you do now?

  1. REGISTER. Register you and your squad. Registration will be REQUIRED! Come be challenged and encouraged in a group setting. Bring your best effort, water bottle and energy. You’ll receive the location after you register.

  2. SUPPLIES. Get your stuff ready for the workout. Grab your water bottle, sweat towel, snack and get your mind right.

  3. GET READY. Prepare yourself for an amazing time.


 
 
 

Cornelius Lindsey, the founder of Outlast 30 Program and the Outlast Mentality is proud to partner with Manny Rodriguez, MBA and U48 Performance to provide a fun and energetic experience in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area.

Together, they will provide a great experience for everyone. When you register, you will be transferred to U48 Performance to fill out the waiver forms.
